Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide 30-60 minute therapeutic massages to clients by appointments
- Take client medical history and note any medical conditions
- Determine best type of massage is best for the client
- Advise clients of stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
- Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
- Refer patients to other health care professionals, if needed
Skills and Experience
- Must be licensed and registered with CTCMPAO
- Proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance
- Strong interpersonal skills communication skills
- Time management abilities
- Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
