Duties and Responsibilies
Customer Service
- Excellent customer interaction and engagement
- Joy of working directly with customers and getting them to rebook
- Confident with promoting and selling wellness services and products
- Insightful. Good at anticipating patient and staff needs
- Friendly, empathetic and courteous
- Positive energy and respectful attitude
- Task oriented, with a mature, responsible work ethic
Administrative Duties:
- Scheduling
- Answering and routing phone calls
- Greeting visitors
- Detail oriented. Able to process and track Motor Vehicle Accident claims.
- Calling Insurance companies for coverage details
Financial Duties:
- Processing payments
- Billing – using Juvonno app an asset
- Reconciling accounts
Skills and Experience
- Must have minimum Secondary School Diploma
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Strong customer interaction and engagement
- Self-motivated individual with ability to work independently and within a team
- Must be able to Multi-task in busy environment and be task oriented
