Duties and Responsibilities
Provide 30-60 minute therapeutic massages to clients by appointments
Take client medical history and note any medical conditions
Determine best type of massage is best for the client
Advise clients of stretching, strengthening or relaxation methods
Suggest future massage appointments and regime to clients
Refer patients to other health care professionals, if needed
Skills and Experience
Must hold a Massage Therapy license and certification
Registered with the College of Massage Therapy of Ontario
Proof of valid liability/malpractice insurance
Strong interpersonal skills communication skills
Time management abilities
Demonstrated sales and customer service skills
