Namrata is a Registered Physiotherapist with experience in neurological rehabilitation, musculoskeletal conditions, and geriatric care. She is passionate about helping clients reduce pain, improve mobility and strength, recover from injuries, and move with greater confidence in their daily lives.

She believes in the power of movement and take a patient-centred, individualized, and evidence-based approach to care. Her treatment combines exercise and movement, manual therapy, and patient education, tailored to each person’s needs and goals.
