5 out of 5 starsAqsa was amazing for the physiotherapy on my teenage son’s knees. Her hands on treatment along with laser therapy saw great progress in a short period of time. She gave him a reasonable set of exercises with clear explanations that he was able to follow along with easily. Highly recommend and will keep her in mind for future needs

5 out of 5 starsI’ve been getting my therapy at MedRehab Clinic and have had a really great experience so far. Amarjot, my physiotherapist, is very knowledgeable, patient, and takes the time to explain everything properly. Supreet, the PTA, is also very helpful and caring during the sessions. Kulvir, the massage therapist, provides excellent treatment and always makes sure I’m comfortable. The front desk team, Jazz and Jaya, are friendly, welcoming, and helpful every time I visit. Overall, the whole team provides excellent service and genuinely cares about their patients. I’m very happy with my experience at MedRehab Clinic and would definitely recommend them.

All the staff members are very kind, starting right at the door with Jazz who has always been very sweet and helpful to me. 5 out of 5 starsI’d like to start by saying that my massage therapist, Hardik, recommended this clinic for physiotherapy, and I’m so glad he did. From my very first visit, the front desk staff have been incredibly warm and welcoming. They always greet me by name, and I especially appreciate the patience and understanding they showed when I was initially late for appointments and even missed one. If you’re attending physiotherapy, chances are your schedule is already full of medical appointments, and they never once made me feel uncomfortable or judged for the scheduling inconveniences I caused. Supreet, who administers the ultrasound and electrical stimulation treatments, is always pleasant, kind, and professional. She consistently makes each visit a positive experience. My physiotherapist, Amarjot, has also been exceptional. She is patient, knowledgeable, and takes the time to explain everything clearly. She regularly checks in to see how each exercise feels, especially when introducing new ones to challenge my recovery, ensuring I’m comfortable while still making progress. She has educated me on the importance of strengthening surrounding muscles as they impact the overall mobility of my knee and ability to bear weight. We’ve had some difficulty finding a knee brace that fits properly, but I have complete confidence in the professionalism and dedication of this team. I truly believe they’ll find the right solution to provide the support I need. Overall, I’ve had a wonderful experience at this clinic and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for compassionate, knowledgeable, and patient-focused care.

5 out of 5 starsI've experienced my second traumatic knee dislocation and i'd still be bedridden if it wasn't for Aqsa (PT), Surpreet & Jazz! These ladies have quite literally given me my quality of life back. I'm not 100% yet but I know stairs and driving aren't too far away... Aqsa is incredibly knowledgeable, has angelic healing hands, and everyones bedside manner and professionalism is top notch. I feel seen, heard, validated when I go there. The methods used are so restorative, what took me MONTHS to accomplish previously with other PT's in 2018 only took me a few weeks with MedRehab. I look forward to seeing you all again soon, and to 'getting my groove back'. I'll be running around in circles in no time. Thank you again, I don't know what I would do without you all. Thank you for teaching me how to walk again. <3 Can not reccomend Aqsa to anyone who is in such pain and needs help. You won't be disappointed.

5 out of 5 starsWhen I found myself in need of physio, I turned to Google. After reading many reviews, it lead me to meet the great group at MedRehab Georgetown. You are welcomed by the lovely team at the front desk, who will go above and beyond to accommodate your schedule and assist with insurance inquiries without hesitation. Aqsa is fantastic! She has great energy, and takes the time to explain the treatment plan to benefit your overall health and success. She does some of exercises along with you to be sure you're comfortable with them. You come first, and she adjusts the treatment for you if needed. Aqsa and her assistant Supreet compliment each other well and that shows in their client care. MedRehab Georgetown is a wonderful clinic. They are all your biggest cheerleaders in your physiotherapy journey, which is appreciated more than they know.

Chiropractor in Georgetown
Welcome to Sinclair Avenue. Dr. Kritika Soin, Doctor of Chiropractic, is the chiropractor at our Georgetown clinic, 99 Sinclair Avenue, Unit 110, a block off Guelph Street in the middle of town. She works alongside five physiotherapists, two massage therapists, an acupuncturist and an osteopath, all under one roof and one file, and the clinic keeps the longest hours in the group: until 8pm Monday and Wednesday, 9pm Thursday, and Saturday mornings.
New to this treatment? How chiropractic care works, and when to see a chiropractor rather than a physiotherapist.
Halton Hills spines
Georgetown sends Dr. Soin a mix that suits chiropractic well: GO commuters whose necks and mid-backs stiffen over a week of sitting, people who farm, build and drive for a living with low backs that gave out lifting, and older residents from across Halton Hills whose spines have stiffened over the years and who do better with gentle mobilisation than manipulation. Acton, Limehouse, Glen Williams and the rural roads west to Erin are all regulars.
- Low back pain from lifting, driving and sitting, and sciatica once serious causes are ruled out
- Neck pain, a stiff neck and headaches that begin in the neck
- Pain between the shoulder blades and around the ribs
- Stiffness in older adults, treated with gentler mobilisation
- Hip and shoulder problems where joint mechanics are part of the story
- Whiplash and other collision injuries, planned with our physiotherapists
- Back and pelvic pain in pregnancy, with adapted techniques
Not sure who to see? Start anywhere
Under this one roof you can see a chiropractor, an osteopath or a physiotherapist, and the front desk gets asked which one every day. The short version: a joint that has locked or is painful to move is Dr. Soin’s territory; stiffness that seems to be everywhere at once, or a preference for slow, gentle work, is the osteopath’s; anything that needs strength rebuilt, from a sports injury to a post-operative knee, is the physiotherapists’. Because all three share your file, picking the wrong door costs you nothing but a walk down the corridor.
What a course with Dr. Soin looks like
An hour the first time, most of it spent finding out what is actually going on: how the problem began, what it stops you doing, how your spine and the joints around it move, and whether anything needs a doctor before it needs a chiropractor. Then a plan you both agree to, with a rough number of visits and a point at which you check it is working. Treatment mixes adjustments, gentler mobilisation, soft tissue work and home exercise as the findings suggest, and you stay dressed throughout. The plan has a finish line, not a standing weekly slot.
Paying for chiropractic in Georgetown
OHIP does not cover it; most extended health plans through work do, up to an annual amount, and we bill most insurers directly so you pay only the gap. Chiropractic carries no HST. After a collision it can be funded through your auto insurance accident benefits when it is part of an approved treatment plan; after a workplace injury it can be part of a WSIB program of care for an allowed claim.
Questions we hear in Georgetown
What are your hours? Monday and Wednesday 10am to 8pm, Tuesday 9am to 7pm, Thursday 9am to 9pm, Friday 9am to 5pm, Saturday 9am to 2pm. Chiropractic runs on Dr. Soin’s days; ask when you book and request her by name.
I commute to Toronto. Can I get a late appointment? Thursday until 9pm is the latest evening in the group, and Monday and Wednesday run to 8pm.
I am in my late seventies. Is an adjustment safe for me? Dr. Soin assesses bone density and history first and, for most older patients, uses slower mobilisation and soft tissue work rather than manipulation. Stiffness in later life is a large part of her work here.
Will I need an X-ray? Rarely. Most back and neck pain shows nothing useful on X-ray, and imaging is requested only when it would change the plan.
Do I need a referral? No. Check whether your insurer wants a doctor’s note.
Where do I park? Free parking at the building; the clinic is Unit 110 on the ground floor. Georgetown GO is a few minutes away.
